Presentation

Ask your questions about the exams on Wednesdays, October 10th, November 13th, and December 11th, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., at the Student Life Office in the convivial space of the Alliance Française of Paris.

As part of an immigration file or an application for Canadian citizenship, it is required to prove your level of French language. The TEF Canada makes this possible, and has been officially recognized by the Canadian federal government since 2002.

Program

The TEF Canada consists of 4 tests:

  • Listening comprehension (40 minutes)

  • Written comprehension (60 minutes)

  • Oral expression (15 minutes-2 subjects to be treated)

  • Written expression (60 minutes-2 subjects to be treated)

Target audience

Ideal for those who wish to immigrate to Canada.

Practical information

The test is possible regardless of your level of French. The certificate of results is dematerialized and will be made available 4 to 5 weeks after the test is taken. It is possible to take the test as many times as you wish, provided that you respect a waiting period of thirty days between two attempts, regardless of the type of TEF.
This exam is reserved for adults (18 years old minimum), and it is mandatory to present an original identity document for all parts of the exam.
