In 1977, Robert Pujol runs his factory with an iron fist and is as unpleasant with his workers as he is with his children and his wife, whom he takes for a trophy wife. Following a strike, Suzanne (Catherine Deneuve) finds herself in charge of the factory and, to everyone's surprise, turns out to be a woman of action and leadership...
